Mynics L293D Motor Driver Board
The Mynics L293D Motor Driver Board comes with the popular motor driver IC L293D, designed to provide bidirectional drive currents of up to 600-mA at voltages from 4.5 V to 25 V. It has Terminal Blocks for connecting motors & the power supply, along with Berg Sticks for control signals from a micro controller. This can control 2 DC Motors with their direction, using control lines and their speed, using PWM. It can easily be connected with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. What it really does is that it boosts the 5V signal from your controller to 12V, to run a motor.

The A4988 includes a fixed off-time current regulator which has the ability to operate in Slow or Mixed decay modes.
Stepper Motor Driver DRV8825
This breakout board for DRV8825 micro-stepping bipolar stepper motor driver features adjustable current limiting, over-current and over-temperature protection, and six micro-step resolutions (down to 1/32-step). It operates from 8.2 V to 45 V and can deliver up to approximately 1.5 A per phase without a heat sink or forced air flow (rated for up to 2.2 A per coil with sufficient additional cooling). The driver has a pinout and interface that are nearly identical to those of our A4988 stepper motor driver carriers, so it can be used as a higher-performance drop-in replacement for those boards in many applications.
